University Housing offers on-campus group housing options for Pitt fraternities. Residents can enjoy the convenience of campus life while also participating in their chapter house community.

We currently host four undergraduate Greek chapters in houses near Sutherland Hall. Thanks to their unique location, these buildings are commonly referred to as “the hill houses.” Each building features open common areas for chapter activities and a full kitchen, along with standard University housing amenities. Standard amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi, standard cable, and maintenance services.

Fraternity Complex Addresses 

Residents of the Fraternity Complex receive their mail at Sutherland Hall located at 3725 Allequippa Street. Building addresses for directions are below.
