Where do I check in?

Prior to your conference, you will receive check in instructions. Most often, check in is at Panther Central, where our friendly staff is available to assist you seven days a week, 24 hours a day.

Panther Central is located in the lobby of the Litchfield Towers at 3990 Fifth Avenue.  You will receive your key card at check in for access to your assigned room.

Please contact Panther Central at (412) 648-1100 for 24-hour service.

Where do I park?

Students, Guests and Department sponsors may contact the Parking and Transportation Office at www.pts.pitt.edu for summer parking information.

During the summer months the Campus Shuttle will accept your Panther Utility Card.
Please note the shuttle does not operate on the weekend.

What Food options are available?

For program and camp meal options Department Sponsors may contact Susan Yakich at Sodexo Campus Services syakich@bc.pitt.edu

Where can I send and receive mail?

Mailboxes are located in the Litchfield Towers B mailroom. Please contact Kimberly M. Renziehausen, Manager of Student Mail Services for group arrangements.
krenziehausen@bc.pitt.edu.

Summer mailroom hours are: Monday through Friday 8:00 am-4:00 pm.

Ruskin Hall relies on the US Postal Service.

What about Internet access?

Pitt students have a Pitt-sponsored computer account.  Temporary accounts for non-Pitt students will need to be arranged by their sponsoring program.

Do I have Library Access?

If you have a sponsored University computer account you will be able access the
University library system electronically.  For more information refer to: http://www.library.pitt.edu/non-pitt-community
